Job summary

You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to executives, oversee delivery, and help shape EY's insurance consulting practice while enabling growth and client value through innovative approaches and robust governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
• Experience managing client relationships and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs across life and group insurance.
• Define delivery roadmaps, governance models, and execution strategies.
• Coach and mentor consulting teams; manage performance and growth.
• Support account growth through client relationships and proposals.
• Advance practice capabilities with AI and insurance transformation.
