Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience, including experience at a Big Four firm or leading advisory or strategy consultancy.
• Deep experience in Property & Casualty insurance, with knowledge of underwriting and claims processes.
• Experience delivering enterprise, digital, modernization, operating model, or technology and AI-led transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated AI fluency, including the ability to connect AI strategy and use cases to business value, delivery requirements, risk, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Advise business and technology leaders on enterprise, digital, operating model, modernization, and AI-enabled transformation priorities.
• Lead workstreams and blended teams of consultants, business specialists, technologists, and analysts, maintaining accountability for outcomes and quality.
• Shape practical strategies, roadmaps, business cases, and implementation approaches for P&C insurers.
