Accenture is seeking a Transformation Consultant in the United States to help reinvest underwriting and claims through process redesign, automation, and AI-enabled decisioning. You will lead small teams or contribute as an individual within cross-functional PODs, combining insurance expertise with analytics to drive client outcomes.

The role focuses on assessing current processes, redesigning operating models, and delivering transformation roadmaps across underwriting, claims, and service

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management consulting/industry experience in Property & Casualty insurance, including Claims and Underwriting.
• 3+ years of process engineering, data/analysis, program management, and/or leading complex business/technology deliveries.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.

Responsabilités

• Assess current-state underwriting, claims, and operational processes to identify opportunities to reimagine and optimize outcomes.
• Support end-to-end business process reinvention across Claims and Underwriting, redesigning workflows, roles, governance, decision rights, and performance management.
• Define future-state operating models that blend human expertise, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled decision support.
• Develop transformation roadmaps aligned to strategic business outcomes.
• Support design of AI/agentic AI end-to-end processes and enablement of those solutions.
