Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the United States seeks a Director to lead Insurance Transformation for the Financial Services sector. You will guide senior executives, shape strategy and roadmaps, and steward AI-enabled programs across enterprise modernization, operating model changes, and digital change.

You will bring 10–15 years of P&C insurance experience, strong client leadership, and a track record of delivering complex transformations with AI implications.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in consulting or advisory roles at top firms.
• Deep expertise in Property & Casualty insurance including underwriting and claims.
• Experience delivering enterprise and AI-enabled transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transformation engagements and multiple workstreams.
• Advise senior executives on enterprise, digital and AI-enabled priorities.
• Develop strategies, roadmaps, and business cases for P&C clients.
• Build client relationships and contribute to sales in strategic accounts.
• Coach teams and help grow Capgemini Invent’s capabilities.
