Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 6–10+ years of relevant professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
- Experience managing client relationships and leading cross-functional teams in complex delivery environments.
- Experience with policy administration platforms including FAST, FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro, or comparable PAS solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale platform transformation programs with delivery aligned to objectives, architecture standards, and contracts.
- Serve as trusted advisor to client business and technology leaders, driving outcomes and alignment.
- Define delivery roadmaps, governance models, and execution strategies across complex workstreams.
- Oversee program scope, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, and delivery performance.
- Lead governance forums and drive collaboration among client, EY, and vendor teams.
