Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager for its Business Transformation & Growth practice to lead life insurance, group benefits, and retirement client engagements. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, shape delivery roadmaps, and ensure alignment with business objectives, architecture standards, and contracts.

The role emphasizes governance, agile and SAFe practices, and development of talent across complex programs. Travel up to 50% may be required based on client needs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant professional experience in insurance and transformation programs.
• 5+ years in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
• Experience with client relationships and cross-functional leadership in complex delivery environments.
• Experience with policy administration platforms (PAS) such as FAST, FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, or equivalents.
• Strong understanding of Life & Annuity value chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs with alignment to objectives and contracts.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client business and technology leaders.
• Define delivery roadmaps, governance models, and execution strategies.
• Oversee scope, budget, risks, dependencies, and delivery performance.
• Lead governance forums and cross-functional collaboration across client, EY, and vendors.
• Drive agile practices, DevOps, and data-driven insights to improve value.
