Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join our Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice to help clients architect and modernize their business and technology ecosystems. As a Manager, you will lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps for large-scale insurance transformation programs.

You will advise client executives on technology investments, platform strategies, and transformation decisions, while guiding multidisciplinary teams through architecture governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
• 5+ years of experience within Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience serving as Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, Technical Architect, or Lead Architect on large transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of Life & Annuity value chain including product development, underwriting, policy administration, servicing, billing, claims, and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps for large-scale insurance transformation programs.
• Advise client executives on technology investments, platform strategies, and transformation decisions.
• Define scalable, secure, and future-ready business, application, data, integration, and technology architectures.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions to improve business outcomes and customer experience.
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across insurance core platforms, cloud technologies, integrations, data, analytics, and enterprise applications.
• Define enterprise AI architecture strategies leveraging Generative AI, ML, and intelligent automation.
• Establish architecture patterns, standards, and integration frameworks for APIs, cloud-native solutions, AI services, and intelligent agents.
