Job summary

EY seeks a Manager to lead Architecture Leadership & Strategy within the BTG practice, guiding large-scale insurance modernization programs. You will shape target-state architectures, evaluate platforms, and drive AI-enabled transformations across core platforms and data architectures.

You will mentor teams, engage executives, and collaborate with delivery, engineering, product, and operations to accelerate value realization and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
• 5+ years in Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience as Solution/Enterprise/Technical/Lead Architect on large programs.
• Deep understanding of Life & Annuity value chain and PAS options.
• Experience with APIs, middleware, and modern integration patterns.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience leading architecture governance and cross-border delivery teams.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps.
• Advise executives on platform strategies and transformation decisions.
• Define scalable, secure architectures for business, data, and integration.
• Drive AI-enabled solutions to improve outcomes and efficiency.
