Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join its BTG practice to lead architecture strategy and solution design for large-scale insurance transformations. You will guide target-state architectures, evaluate platforms, and oversee integration patterns while leveraging AI and cloud technologies.

You will mentor multidisciplinary teams, drive governance, and collaborate with executives to translate business goals into actionable roadmaps and modernization programs that deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
• 5+ years in Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience as Solution/Enterprise/Technical/Lead Architect on large programs.
• Deep understanding of Life & Annuity value chain and PAS platforms.
• Experience with APIs, middleware, and modern integration patterns.
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud; cloud principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps.
• Advise executives on technology investments and platform strategies.
• Define scalable, secure architectures for business, data, and integrations.
• Drive AI-enabled solutions to improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Lead architecture governance, reviews, and decision-making forums.
