Job summary

EY seeks a Manager to join its BTG practice to shape architecture strategy and guide modernization for large-scale life and group insurance transformations. You will lead target-state designs, define scalable architectures, and oversee multi-disciplinary teams across core platforms, data, and cloud technologies.

You will partner with client executives to translate business priorities into actionable roadmaps, govern architecture decisions, and ensure security, privacy, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
• 5+ years in Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience as Solution/Enterprise/Technical Architect on large programs.
• Knowledge of life/annuity value chain and PAS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps for large insurance programs.
• Advise executives on technology investments, platform strategies, and transformation decisions.
• Define scalable, secure architectures for business, application, data, and integration domains.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions to improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across core platforms, cloud, data, and analytics.
• Oversee data architecture, migration, reporting, and MDM initiatives.
