Job summary

EY seeks a Manager to join its BTG practice to architect and modernize insurance ecosystems, leading target-state designs and AI-enabled modernization programs. You will guide executives, align platform strategies, and oversee cross-functional delivery teams across cloud, data, and integration domains.

You’ll drive governance and architecture deliverables, partnering with clients to accelerate value while maintaining security and compliance across large-scale programs in life insurance and group

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
• 5+ years in Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience as Solution/Enterprise/Technical Architect on large transformations.
• Deep understanding of Life & Annuity value chain and PAS platforms.
• Experience designing enterprise integration architectures.
• Cloud knowledge (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud).
• Leadership in governance and multi-disciplinary delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy and target-state design for large-scale insurance transformation programs.
• Advise executives on technology investments, platform strategies, and transformation decisions.
• Define scalable, secure architectures for business, data, integration, and technology domains.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions to improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Oversee end-to-end solution architecture across core platforms and cloud technologies.
• Establish architecture patterns, standards, and integration frameworks.
• Lead governance, review boards, and risk management within architecture.
