Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join its BTG practice to help clients architect and modernize their business and technology ecosystems. You will lead architecture strategy for large insurance transformations, define target-state architectures, and oversee implementation while leveraging AI and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities include governance, client presentations, and guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field required.
• 8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
• 5+ years in Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience as Solution/Enterprise/Technical Architect on large transformations.
• Deep Life & Annuity value chain knowledge across product, underwriting, policy admin, servicing.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps.
• Advise on technology investments, platform strategies, and transformation decisions.
• Define scalable, secure architectures across business, data, and integration domains.
• Drive AI-enabled solutions to improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Govern architecture governance, design reviews, and risk management.
• Mentor architecture professionals and contribute to practice growth.
