Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice, leading architecture strategy for large insurance transformations. You will guide target-state designs, cloud or on-premises patterns, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value.

Leverage Generative AI, analytics, and APIs to modernize core platforms and improve operations. Travel up to 50% may be required based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
• 5+ years in Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience as Solution/Enterprise/Technical Architect on large transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of Life & Annuity value chain and PAS platforms.
• Experience designing enterprise integration architectures using APIs and modern patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps for large programs.
• Advise executives on technology investments, platform strategies, and transformation decisions.
• Define scalable, secure architectures for business, data, integration and applications.
• Drive AI-enabled solutions to improve outcomes and customer experience.
• Lead end-to-end architecture across core platforms, cloud, data, analytics, and apps.
• Establish enterprise AI and data governance patterns and integration frameworks.
• Oversee data architecture, migration, reporting, analytics, and MDMs.
• Promote AI to accelerate delivery and engineering productivity.
• Mentor architecture professionals and contribute to practice growth.
