West Monroe is looking for a Manager in Chicago to lead client engagements within the Insurance practice. This role focuses on business and technology transformation for insurance brokers and carriers, leveraging industry knowledge and consulting experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive consulting experience, and a proven track record in managing projects and delivering client value. You will also mentor teams and drive business development activities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of consulting and/or insurance industry experience working directly with external clients.
• Prior consulting experience with at least 1+ year at the Manager level.
• Strong understanding of the insurance value chain across carriers and brokerages.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and technology transformation initiatives for insurance carriers and brokerages.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives.
