Job summary

EY is seeking a senior-level Healthcare/Insurance technology consultant to lead insurance technology-enabled transformation programs for major clients. You will translate business needs into technical specs, guide architecture and data strategies, and support risk remediation while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with 5+ years defining business and technical requirements or Master’s with 3+ years.
• 3+ years of experience at a financial services company or advising insurance carriers.
• 2+ years of managing a team through the technology life cycle.
• Experience with Guidewire or similar insurance tech and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to transform business problems into technology solutions.
• Analyze business requirements for alignment with architecture and plans.
• Support remediation and mitigation of process risk.
