Job summary

EY is seeking a senior consultant to lead insurance technology-enabled transformation programs for clients worldwide. You will translate business needs into technical designs, guide architecture decisions, and help shape project delivery with a focus on risk and process improvement.

You will work in a collaborative, hybrid model with multi-disciplinary teams, mentor juniors, and deliver value across claims, underwriting and data management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering/Business or related field.
• 3+ years advising financial services clients on insurance tech.
• 2+ years leading a team of business/tech analysts through lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Transform business problems into technology solutions for clients.
• Analyze requirements and align with architecture, infra, and vendor plans.
• Advise on process improvements and risk remediation when needed.
• Collaborate with engagement teams and mentor junior members.
• Provide data-driven insights to verify solution meets requirements.
