Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with relevant work experience in Property and Casualty Insurance or consulting.
• Experience in insurance technology implementations and transformation programs.
• Ability to deliver system implementations through all project life-cycle phases.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems into technology solutions for clients.
• Support remediation and risk mitigation in processes.
• Assist engagement teams with requirements analysis, architecture, and technology implementation plans.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to design data models and interfaces.
