EY is seeking a Manager in the BTG practice to lead architecture strategy and modernize client business and technology ecosystems. You will drive target-state designs for large insurance programs, advise executives, and oversee cross-functional architecture delivery in cloud, data, and AI domains.

You’ll mentor teams, shape governance, and push innovative architectures while partnering with delivery teams to ensure measurable business value and risk management across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
• 5+ years of Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits experience.
• Experience as Solution/Enterprise/Technical Architect on large transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of Life & Annuity value chain across product dev, underwriting, policy administration, servicing, billing, claims and distribution.
• Experience with policy administration platforms (FAST, FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro or similar).
• Experience designing enterprise integration architectures using APIs, middleware, events, and modern patterns.
• Cloud architecture knowledge (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Experience leading architecture governance and multi-disciplinary teams across onshore/offshore delivery.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
• Experience developing architecture deliverables, roadmaps, and transformation strategies.

Responsabilités

• Lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps for large-scale insurance programs.
• Advise executives on technology investments, platform strategies, and transformation decisions.
• Define secure, scalable architectures for business, application, data, and integration.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions to improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Lead end-to-end architecture across core platforms, cloud, integrations, data, and analytics.
• Provide governance, design reviews, and technical decision-making forums.
• Mentor architecture professionals and contribute to practice growth.
• Promote agile, collaborative delivery with onshore/offshore teams.
