Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join our Business Transformation & Growth practice to help clients architect and modernize their business and technology ecosystems. You will lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps for large-scale insurance transformation programs.

As a Manager, you will advise client executives on technology investments, define scalable architectures, and promote AI-enabled solutions to improve outcomes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
• 5+ years in Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience as Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, Technical Architect, or Lead Architect on large transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of the Life & Annuity value chain, including product development, underwriting, policy administration, servicing, billing, claims, and distribution.
• Experience with policy administration platforms including FAST (Verisk), FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro, or similar PAS solutions.
• Experience designing enterprise integration architectures utilizing APIs, middleware, event-driven solutions, and modern integration patterns.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture principles and platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience leading architecture governance, design reviews, and technical decision-making forums.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across onshore/offshore delivery models.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
• Experience developing architecture deliverables, technology roadmaps, and transformation strategies.
