Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in its Business Transformation & Growth practice to lead architecture strategy and solution design for large-scale insurance transformations. You will guide target-state architectures, evaluate platforms, and shape scalable integration patterns while leveraging AI and modern technologies to drive measurable business value and improved operations.

You’ll collaborate with client executives, lead multidisciplinary teams, and mentor architects, contributing to practice growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
• 5+ years in Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience as Solution/Enterprise/Technical/Lead Architect on large programs.
• Deep understanding of Life & Annuity value chain and PAS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps for large-scale insurance programs.
• Define scalable, secure architectures for business, applications, data, integration, and technology.
• Advise executives on technology investments, platforms, and transformation decisions.
• Promote AI-enabled solutions to improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Oversee data architecture, migration, reporting, and master data management.
