EY is seeking a Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth practice to lead architecture strategy and solution design for large-scale insurance transformation programs. You will guide target-state architectures, platform decisions, and scalable integration patterns while leveraging AI to deliver measurable business value.

You will mentor teams and collaborate with executives across onshore/offshore delivery models.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
• 5+ years of Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits experience.
• Experience as Solution/Enterprise/Technical Architect on large transformations.
• Knowledge of life insurance value chain and PAS platforms.
• Experience designing enterprise integration architectures and cloud architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps for large-scale insurance transformation programs.
• Advise client executives on technology investments, platform strategies, and transformation decisions.
• Define scalable, secure architectures across business, application, data, integration, and technology domains.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions to improve outcomes and efficiency.
