Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Business Transformation & Growth practice to lead architecture strategy and modernization for large-scale insurance programs. You will define target-state architectures, evaluate platforms, and guide multi-disciplinary teams through complex decisions.

As a trusted advisor to client executives, you will drive AI-enabled solutions, establish integration patterns, and oversee governance to ensure alignment with enterprise standards. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
• 5+ years in Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience as Solution/Enterprise/Technical/Lead Architect on large transformations.
• Deep understanding of Life & Annuity value chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps for large programs.
• Advise executives on technology investments and platform strategies.
• Define scalable, secure architectures for business, applications, data, integration, and technology.
• Drive AI-enabled solutions to improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Lead end-to-end architecture across core platforms, cloud, data, and analytics.
• Oversee data architecture, migration, reporting, and master data management.
