Job summary

Advent Talent Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support policyholders as the first point of contact. This contract-to-hire, on-site role in Plymouth, MN includes training on our products and programs to confidently assist callers.

You will handle general inquiries, route policy questions to the licensed team, and assist with claims, payments, renewals, and enrollments while following SOPs and improving customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.

Advent Talent Group is seeking a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable Customer Service Representative to support our policyholders. As the first point of contact, you’ll play an essential role in delivering exceptional service and strengthening customer relationships. In this role, you’ll assist customers with general inquiries and route policy-related questions to our licensed team for a locally owned insurance agency. While no license is required, you will receive training on our products and programs to confidently support callers and elevate issues appropriately.

Overview

Employment Type: Contract-to-hire Location: On-site in Plymouth, MN Pay Rate: $20$24/hour Schedule: Full-time

Responsibilities
