The role offers a base salary of $35,000 with a Monday–Friday schedule, PTO from day one, and a range of benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and licensing assistance.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain insurance licensing with agency support.

• Comfort supporting sales conversations and cross-selling when appropriate.
• Prior insurance experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support for service requests and policy questions.
• Conduct coverage reviews and basic risk assessments for existing clients.
• Identify and support cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the client base.
• Manage policy changes, endorsements, and documentation.
• Consult with clients to explain coverage options and next steps clearly.
• Maintain organized and compliant client records.
