Confie is hiring a Store Manager to lead the sales team, drive revenue through high-volume inbound leads and walk-in traffic, and mentor staff to achieve outstanding results. The role involves ensuring operational excellence while delivering exceptional customer care.

You will manage daily performance, expand client relationships, and coach the team to meet targets. A strong candidate has leadership experience, strong communication, and a drive for advancement in a fast-paced retail insurance

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and mentoring ability to guide a sales team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse customers.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience managing, coaching, and motivating sales staff to exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team’s daily performance and targets.
• Grow business by building relationships with existing customers to meet goals.
• Coach team members to maintain high-quality customer care.
• Oversee operations to meet performance targets and monitor progress.
• Assist with escalated customer service issues and inquiries.
• Execute all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE).
