Job summary

Confie is seeking a Store Manager to lead our sales team, grow customer relationships, and drive operational excellence across store activities. The role rewards performance with substantial financial upside and opportunities for mentoring others to achieve success.

You will mentor staff, manage targets, and ensure high standards of customer care while guiding the team through daily operations and training programs.

Qualifications

• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (not required).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• 2- or 4-year college degree or equivalent experience/education.
• Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team’s daily performance and targets.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Coach sales team to deliver high customer care standards.
• Oversee operations to meet targets and monitor performance.
• Address escalated customer service issues and questions.
• Execute all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE).
