Confie, including Freeway, Baja, Bluefire and others, is seeking a Store Manager to lead the sales team and drive growth. The role offers unlimited commission, coaching, and comprehensive training with ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• 2 or 4 year college degree or equivalent of experience/education.
• Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team’s daily performance and targets.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Coach team members to deliver consistent customer care.
• Oversee the sales team to achieve targets and monitor performance.
• Address escalated customer service issues and questions.
• Execute all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE).
