Job summary

Confie is seeking a Store Manager to lead a sales team at Freeway Insurance locations. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales performance, and mentoring staff to achieve growth and quality service.

You will manage operations, leverage inbounds, and participate in training, with a compensation package including base pay, uncapped commissions, and incentives. Bilingual skills and a relevant license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty preferred (not required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• A 2- or 4-year college degree, or equivalent education/experience
• Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams
• Strong understanding of fiduciary duty with high integrity
• Ability to build lasting relationships with customers and team members
• Ambitious, motivated with a desire for advancement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales professionals, delivering exceptional customer experience and driving results
• Oversee performance and ensure Store Operational Excellence (SOE) is implemented
• Grow the business by building relationships with new and existing customers to meet goals
