Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a sales team, deliver exceptional customer experience, and drive production across our operations. You will oversee performance, train staff, and ensure adherence to SOE while leveraging a high-volume lead flow.

The role emphasizes mentorship, relationship building, and ethical fiduciary duties, with strong compensation in a commission-driven environment and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
• 2- or 4-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring successful sales teams
• Strong understanding of fiduciary duty with high integrity and ethics
• Ability to build lasting relationships with customers and team members
• Ambitious, motivated mindset with a desire for advancement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
