Qualifications

• Requires a professional license (P&C) preferred but not required.
• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading sales teams and coaching.
• Strong integrity and ethics.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store performance and SOE implementation.
• Grow business by building relationships with customers.
• Coach and develop team to deliver customer care.
• Resolve customer service issues professionally.
