Confie, a leading U.S. insurance broker, is seeking a Store Manager in Simi Valley, CA. You will drive sales performance, mentor a team, and guide customers through the buying process at our busy retail locations.

Qualifications

• License preferred: Personal Lines or Property & Casualty (not required).
• College degree or equivalent experience/education.
• Experience leading, coaching and mentoring sales teams.
• Strong integrity and ethics; fiduciary duty understood.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
• Ambitious with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team's daily performance and targets.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers.
• Coach sales team to deliver high levels of customer care.
• Oversee operations to hit targets and monitor performance.
• Assist with escalated customer service issues.
• Execute Store Operational Excellence (SOE).
