State Farm Insurance Agent located in Urbana, IL is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. This role, with Grant Scofield - State Farm Agent, focuses on building relationships and promoting auto, home and life insurance in the community.

You will establish relationships, provide prompt customer service, and educate clients on suitable insurance options while pursuing licensing requirements and ongoing training. This is a full-time position with room for advancement.

Position Overview

State Farm Insurance Agent located in Urbana, IL is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Grant Scofield - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
