DXC Technology is seeking a ServiceNow Smart Apps Architect to provide technical leadership for design and development on ServiceNow FSO and the Assure Platform. You will shape architecture, drive reusable patterns, and collaborate with product, engineering, security, and operations teams to translate strategy into scalable, secure solutions.

You will guide architecture governance, enable delivery, and mentor engineers while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and insurance domain

Competenze

• Enterprise architecture experience across full delivery lifecycle for SaaS/complex platforms.
• ServiceNow architecture experience with scoped apps, workflows, and reusable components.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow FSO and applying its data/process capabilities to insurance-oriented apps.
• Ability to design across ServiceNow, Assure Orchestration, Insurance Services, the Assure Platform, and core apps.
• Experience with REST, webhooks, event-driven patterns, and governed data products.
• DevOps practices: Git, pipelines, release governance, testing, and rollback processes.
• Knowledge of multi-tenant security, RBAC, identity federation, OAuth, SAML, encryption, and privacy.
• Strong communication/leadership to explain architecture to executives and teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in relevant field.

• Own Smart App architecture and target architecture across modules and platforms.
• Establish reusable platform patterns, guardrails, and standards for consistent, secure design.
• Apply ServiceNow FSO capabilities to insurance use cases and orchestrations.
• Design workflow-enabled experiences including approvals, orchestration, and API interactions.
• Define integration/data patterns with APIs, data products, events, and EA data fabrics.
• Govern data products, schema evolution, and change management without tight coupling to customers.
• Govern DevOps and environment promotion; ensure traceability across environments.
• Lead architecture governance; communicate decisions across stakeholders and teams.
• Translate architecture into actionable guidance, templates, and backlog direction for delivery teams.
• Mentor engineers and architects to promote approved patterns and shared understanding.
