Qualifications

• Enterprise architecture experience designing SaaS solutions and complex software platforms across the full delivery lifecycle.
• ServiceNow architecture expertise with scoped applications and release practices on ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow FSO for insurance-oriented applications.
• Ability to design across ServiceNow, Assure Orchestration, Insurance Services, and the Assure Platform.

Responsibilities

• Own Smart App architecture and define target architecture across ServiceNow FSO and Assure Platform.
• Establish reusable platform patterns, guardrails, and standards for security and upgradeability.
• Guide integration patterns, data services, APIs, events, and enterprise data fabrics.
• Lead architecture governance and enable delivery teams with reusable templates.
