DXC Technology is seeking a ServiceNow Smart Apps Architect to provide technical leadership for the design and development of innovative insurance-focused applications built on ServiceNow FSO and the Assure Platform.

You will define the architecture, drive scalable, secure, reusable solutions, and collaborate with product, engineering, security, and operations teams to deliver modern digital experiences for insurance customers.

Formación

Significant experience designing enterprise SaaS platforms across the full delivery lifecycle.
Demonstrated ServiceNow architecture experience with scoped apps, workflow-driven solutions, reusable components, and release practices.
Working knowledge of ServiceNow Financial Services Operations and how to apply its data, process, and experience capabilities to insurance-oriented applications.
Ability to design across ServiceNow, Assure Orchestration, Insurance Services, the Assure Platform, and core insurance administration applications.

Responsabilidades

Own Smart App architecture for ServiceNow FSO and the Assure Platform across multiple modules and integrations.
Establish reusable platform patterns with reference designs, guardrails, shared components, and security considerations.
Apply ServiceNow FSO capabilities to insurance use cases and determine when to use native features vs. extensions.
Design workflow-enabled experiences including responsive UX, approvals, orchestration, events, and API interactions.
Define integration and data patterns, including APIs, events, data fabrics, and governance for external systems.
Lead architecture governance: conduct design reviews, document decisions, and mentor teams across product, platform, and delivery.
