Job summary

State Farm is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for the Kelsey & Luka Cline State Farm Agencies. You will serve existing customers, handle billing, policy changes, renewals, and general insurance inquiries.

With a built-in client base and stable, long-term career potential, the role offers competitive compensation, 401(k) with match, medical insurance, PTO, and a workweek Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Salary: $50,000–$80,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a State Farm agent’s office is required.
• Familiarity with State Farm systems, procedures, and insurance products.
• Comfortable handling multiple customer requests in a fast-paced office.
• Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist existing State Farm customers with billing, policy changes, renewals, and general insurance questions.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain strong relationships with policyholders.
• Review customer accounts to identify coverage needs and opportunities for additional products.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer service requests efficiently.
• Resolve customer concerns and follow through to ensure issues are handled properly.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Work closely with the sales team to support customer retention and agency growth.
