With an established customer base and two growing agencies, the role focuses on helping existing State Farm customers with billing, policy changes, renewals, and general insurance questions in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a State Farm agent’s office is preferred.
• Familiarity with State Farm systems and insurance products.
• Property & Casualty license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist existing State Farm customers with billing, policy changes, renewals, and general insurance questions.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain strong relationships with policyholders.
• Review customer accounts to identify coverage needs and opportunities for additional products.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer service requests efficiently.
• Resolve customer concerns and follow through to ensure issues are handled properly.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Work closely with the sales team to support customer retention and agency growth.
