State Farm Agent is seeking a competitive Customer Service Representative to identify customer needs, turn leads into long-lasting relationships, and support the agency’s sales goals. You will receive training in insurance products and industry trends to communicate with clients and promote relevant products.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Ability to relate to customers effectively.
• Obtain Property & Casualty license within 30 days.
• Comfortable communicating with clients via phone and/or email.
• Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and refer customers to licensed team members.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Gather info from customers that the licensed team members use to quote products.
• Ask and show customers how to give the office Google reviews.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day.
• Collaborate with the agency team to build lasting customer relationships.
