Job summary

The Auto Club Group is seeking a customer-focused Field Insurance Service Representative to support members with policies, payments, renewals, and product inquiries. This role blends service, problem-solving, and sales support to help members protect what matters most while promoting ACG’s insurance, membership, and financial products.

Based in Naples, FL, you will work Monday through Friday with some weekend hours, delivering proactive service in a fast-paced environment and contributing to

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Current Property & Casualty Insurance license.
Ability to obtain/maintain state licenses and appointments.
Successful completion of relevant training within 6 months.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer insurance inquiries, explain features, support sales processing, and resolve complaints with management support as needed.
Provide insurance policy servicing including renewals, endorsements, changes, and billing questions per policies and state rules.
Promote insurance, membership, and financial products; refer to agents when appropriate.
