Job summary

The Auto Club Group in Naples, FL is seeking a customer-focused Field Insurance Service Representative to support members with insurance policies, payments, renewals, and product inquiries. This role combines service, problem-solving, and sales support to help members protect what matters most while promoting ACG’s insurance, membership, and financial products.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, processing applications, renewals, endorsements, status changes, and billing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current Property & Casualty Insurance license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain state licenses for Auto Club Group products.
• Completion of Customer Service, Insurance and Membership training within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer insurance inquiries and explain product features.
• Service insurance policies, renewals, endorsements, and billing questions.
• Provide quotes, referrals, and promote insurance and membership products.
• Process payments, renewals, and maintain accurate records.
