Qualifications

• 5 years of insurance experience including underwriting, contact center, billing, and other support services.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Proficient with personal computers.
• Interpersonal and coaching/mentoring skills.
• Knowledge of business processes in insurance operations.

Responsibilities

• Select, train, and evaluate associates including personnel actions such as salary and bonus adjustments and promotions.
• Plan and monitor the workflow of the assigned area.
• Audit interactions for quality and compliance with authority.
• Maintain relationships with third-party vendors to ensure service quality.
• Support company initiatives and change management for products and services.
• Handle complaints from agents and monitor customer feedback.
• Address escalated issues from staff.
