Job summary

The candidate will research policy language, negotiate settlements, manage reserves, and mentor teammates while delivering high-quality service to insureds and claimants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or related field.
• AIC and AINS designations preferred.
• CPCU coursework or equivalent professional development beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of complex workers' compensation claims from investigation to resolution.
• Research policy language to support coverage decisions and liability assessments.
• Negotiate with insureds, claimants, and attorneys to reach appropriate settlements.
• Maintain strong file documentation, reserves, and timely follow-ups.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge to improve department quality.
