Job summary

West Bend in Wisconsin is seeking an Underwriting Tech to support service excellence by applying system knowledge, guidelines, and accuracy. You will clear accounts for new customers and handle non-complex policy changes with a focus on efficiency and customer care.

This hybrid role allows work from West Bend or Madison, with in-person collaboration within 50 miles. You will collaborate with teams, adapt to evolving technology, and uphold high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Assoc in General Insurance Designation preferred.
• 1-2 years of insurance experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and apply underwriting guidelines and procedures to support service level standards.
• Review and clear accounts for new customers and process policy change requests that do not require underwriting decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate policy service.
• Maintain a strong customer service orientation in all tasks and communications.
• Adapt to and support ongoing changes in technology, systems, and workflows.
