Job summary

Rise Financial Group is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative & Trainer in Pendleton, OR. This role combines direct sales with leadership in training new hires and refining the team’s performance in our proven sales environment.

You will coach, mentor and monitor progress, ensuring everyone stays sharp on our processes, with close collaboration to the sales leadership team. A strong track record in sales and coaching is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales in a face-to-face environment (insurance/financial services preferred).
• Strong background in sales training or coaching with onboarding and development experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to motivate others.
• Quick learner with a growth mindset, able to master sales processes and teach them to others.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple trainees or teams.
• Comfortable using sales tech and CRM systems to track performance and team progress.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage in sales activities to meet personal and team goals.
• Lead comprehensive training sessions for new hires and existing team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales staff.
• Track trainee and sales performance and provide actionable feedback.
• Learn and translate company sales processes into effective training modules and workshops.
