This full-time, independent contractor role offers a base draw with uncapped commissions and bonuses, plus comprehensive training and CRM access.

Qualifications

• At least four years of work experience with a track record of excellence in sales or training.
• Experience as a coach, educator, or mentor and a desire to guide others toward success.
• Independent worker who thrives on teamwork and service-oriented goals.

Responsibilities

• As a direct sales representative and field trainer, visit employers to introduce supplemental insurance benefits.
• Develop future sales talent by coaching and mentoring in the field.
• Build relationships with local businesses to support teams and organizations.
• Operate as an independent contractor with flexible Monday–Friday schedule.
