Job summary

Rise Financial Group is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative & Trainer to drive sales and lead the training of new team members in our in-person, client-facing environment. You will develop and deliver comprehensive training programs, coach staff, and monitor performance to ensure results.

The role combines sales execution with trainer responsibilities, offering ongoing development, licensing support, and opportunities for career growth within our expanding organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, ideally in face-to-face environments, with a strong background in the insurance or financial services sectors.
• Strong background in sales training or coaching, with a track record of onboarding and developing sales teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Quick learner with a growth mindset, able to master our sales processes and effectively teach them to others.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple trainees or teams.
• Comfortable with using sales technologies and CRM systems to track performance and manage team progress.

Responsibilities

• Engage in sales activities to meet individual and team goals.
• Lead training sessions for new hires and existing staff.
• Provide ongoing coaching to refine skills and improve results.
