Qualifications

• Licensed health & life agent or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered)
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years professional sales experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with sales software is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Conduct B2B cold calls and meetings educating clients on supplemental insurance offerings
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and grow your book of business
• Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems to track progress toward sales goals
• Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to client needs
• Stay informed on policy changes to adjust insurance programs for clients
• Implement marketing strategies including cold calling and networking to connect with potential clients
• Meet with new and potential clients to assess circumstances and present suitable policies
