As an Agent in Training, you’ll work with experienced professionals to generate new business, assess client needs, present coverage options, and strive toward measurable production goals. Training, mentorship, and licensing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold or obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses; licensing support is provided.
• Strong communication and outbound sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, agency-provided leads, referrals and networking.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Prepare quotes and explain policy benefits to close sales.
• Sell Auto, Home, Life and Commercial insurance products.
• Maintain relationships with customers and follow up for renewals and upsell.
