Qualifications

• Be highly self-motivated and results-oriented in a trainee program.
• Prepare to obtain required insurance licenses prior to starting, with up to two attempts for Life and Health exams.
• Pass CRD/FINRA background check at hire and ongoing.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the local metro area.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive program to develop holistic financial advice skills.
• Gain direct sales experience marketing Individual Insurance products to clients.
• Cultivate prospecting skills through networks, events, and social media.
• Acquire deep understanding of product offerings and their benefits.
• Oversee content, proposals and paperwork flow through field and Home Office.
