Qualifications

• Must obtain insurance licenses prior to starting, with up to two attempts for Life and Health exams.
• Pass CRD/FINRA background check at hire and ongoing.
• Securities licensing required within 24 months of entry.
• Be highly self-motivated and work both independently and in a team.
• Travel up to 50% of time within the local metro area.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to provide holistic financial advice to clients.
• Market Individual Insurance products to clients and pass sales competency tests.
• Cultivate prospecting skills through networks, events, and social media.
• Understand product offerings and explain features/benefits to clients.
• Oversee content, proposals and paperwork flow to ensure smooth underwriting.
